01 // services
Four trades, one workshop
I do all of them so the seams between them never show — the person writing the code is the one choosing the typography, and the same hand answering support is the one shipping the next feature.
Web apps that hold up
Hand-built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind because they let me ship fast without making future-me hate present-me. No framework-for-the-sake-of-it. The simplest thing that holds the load wins.
Mobile that doesn't feel like a WebView
iOS and Android from one Capacitor or React Native codebase — the kind of native feel that comes from caring about gesture timing and frame budgets, not just shipping the shell. I've eaten Apple's rejection letters. I know what they want.
Stores that take money cleanly
Stripe Connect, subscriptions, marketplace splits — the boring parts that have to work. If your checkout breaks at 3am, I find that.
Brand that's actually yours
Identity systems that survive past the launch deck. The brand doesn't fall apart when you ship a feature it didn't account for — because the same person built both. Not template-shop. Not committee design. Yours.
02 // work
Some things I've built
Some are client work. Some are side projects. All are mine.
Alpha Lab
LiveEducational stock trading platform with real-time market data, portfolio tracking, and gamified learning. Users trade with virtual currency while learning real market dynamics.

BidFlow
LiveAI-powered contractor bidding platform with smart proposal generation, Stripe Connect payments, and real-time project management. Streamlines the entire bid-to-invoice workflow.
PantryBook
LiveSmart recipe and pantry management app with Claude Vision AI for scanning ingredients and recipes, plus PDF export for beautifully formatted recipe cards.

Social Markets
LiveSocial-media content tool for drafting and organizing posts from one dashboard. Built with React 19, Vite, and Supabase. Currently in beta.

Wyldra
LiveAI nature-documentary director. Describe what you want to film and Claude plans an 8–12 scene documentary, fills in each shot, then a full-screen Shoot Mode camera guides you frame by frame — exporting a finished MP4 in the browser or a Final Cut Pro bundle.

MAADU
LiveAddress-level ADU feasibility tool for the North Shore of Massachusetts. Type a Beverly or Peabody address and it pulls the real parcel, building footprint, zoning, wetlands, and flood data, then draws your lot and the largest backyard apartment that actually fits — to scale.

JobFlow
Coming SoonMobile-first PWA for a solo excavation contractor. One tap from the job site fans a project photo out to five channels — Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, the portfolio site, and a scheduled iMessage review request.
DispatchIQ
Coming SoonAI voice receptionist for trades businesses (in development). Designed to answer calls 24/7, quote on the spot from a structured price book, book appointments, and sync to the CRM — so plumbers, HVAC, and electricians stop losing revenue to voicemail.

AutoBot
Coming SoonAutonomous network monitoring bot with scheduled health checks, real-time alerts, and a clean dashboard for tracking system uptime and performance metrics.

PTFlow
Coming SoonAudio-guided physical-therapy workouts. Build a routine by dragging exercises into order, then follow a hands-free audio player that talks you through each rep, set, and rest — so you can keep your eyes off the screen mid-exercise.
PassportIQ
Coming SoonEU Battery Passport compliance tool for US battery exporters. Tracks the data points the regulation requires and generates QR-coded digital passports — turning a compliance headache into a guided workflow.
Maddox UI
Coming SoonAn experimental 3D interface prototype — a narrative concept where you drag and correlate evidence on a 'neural synthesis board' to argue your case against a probabilistic AI judge. Early WebGL exploration, not a finished game.
Jarvis Quant
PrivateQuantitative research platform for analyzing market data, building trading models, and uncovering actionable insights from complex financial datasets.
Poly Intel
PrivateIntelligent trading analysis platform with real-time market data processing, pattern recognition, and data-driven insights for smarter investment decisions.

03 // feedback
What people say
I don’t do marketing speak well, so I’ll let them talk.
Micah built the whole site — checkout, inventory, those certificate things with the QR codes. I sell bowls online now. Before this I was doing everything through Instagram DMs. The certificate of provenance thing? That's gotten me repeat buyers who want to know exactly which tree their bowl came from.
Shiloh
Woodturner, SNG Woodwork
I needed a site that didn't look like every other landscaping company. Micah built it in a week. The quote request form actually works — I get leads straight to my phone. Already landed two jobs from it and it's been live a month.
Shawn
Owner, O'Connor Land Works
04 // process
My process. No surprises.
I’ve been burned by bad contracts. Here’s what I do instead.
We talk for 30 minutes
You tell me what you're trying to do. I ask questions until I understand the real problem — not just the feature list. No contracts signed yet. Just a conversation to see if we're a fit.
I send a one-page scope
Plain English. What I'm building, what it costs, how long it takes, and what I need from you. No 20-page proposals. If you want changes, we talk and I update it. One round of revisions, then we move.
Half up front, half on launch
50% to start, 50% when it's live. I don't do milestone invoicing — too much paperwork, not enough building. You get weekly updates via Loom video or Slack. No mystery, no 'check in next month.'
Build, review, ship
I work solo. No handoffs, no 'let me check with the team.' You see progress on a staging URL within the first week. We do one review cycle, I fix what needs fixing, then we push to production.
30 days of fixes included
After launch, anything that breaks because of how I built it — I fix it free. For 30 days. No support tickets, no tiers. Just text me and I handle it.
05 // after_hours
The workshop never closes
Some of what comes out of here has no client and no deadline. A walk through a hand-built forest is one of them — 200 procedural trees, god rays, leaves that actually fall like leaves. Press through.

What I use
These are the tools I reach for when I’m building. Not because they’re trendy — because they work.
